I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The onsen was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the ski resort, with a shuttle bus available. When it rained one day, I called the hotel and they arranged for an early pick-up from the ski resort. The staff even offered me a game of table tennis. I had a great experience.

The onsen was really good and relaxing, just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the shuttle bus to the nearby ski resort was super convenient.
I was disappointed that there was no housekeeping on the second night of my stay. , there were no westernized food options available which made me feel like I was missing out on something.
